Tariff
1.RESIDENTS:
a) Fees applicable as on 1st April 2008
Monthly fee
Half-Way Home Fees : Rs. 8,000/= per month
(Applicable to the 1st year residents of the Navajeevan Hostel)
Fee Advance : Rs. 48,000/= (6 month's fees)
Navajeevan Hostel & Women under Extended Care Fees:
Rs. 9,000/- (room with 3 beds)
Rs. 10,000/- (room with 2 beds)
(Applicable to the residents after fifteen months and onwards)
Navajeevan Hostel & Women under Long Term Care Fees:
Rs. 12,000/- (rooms with 2 beds)
Rs. 10,000/- (rooms with 3 beds)
Day Care Fees : Rs. 3,500/-
Fee Advance : Rs. 10,500/- (3 months fees)
Note: (Fees excludes Pocket Money and Medication)
b) Refundable Deposit: Extended Care
The refundable deposit of Rs. 2 lakhs for 3 bedded room and Rs. 5 lakhs for 2 bedded room. This is applicable to the women residents, fifteen months after admission, under Extended Care in the Half-Way Home, and the men in Navajeevan Hostel.
The percentage deduction of refundable deposit at the time of discharge (before deduction of all expenses) is as follows:
Within 1st year of admission : 20%
During the 2nd year of admission : 15%
During the 3rd year of admission : 10%
At the end of three years, if their stay in MPA is required, the respective residents may seek renewal, and the policy applicable at that time will hold good.
c) Refundable Deposit: Long term care
The refundable deposit of Rs. 3 lakhs for 3 bedded room and Rs. 7 lakhs for 2 bedded room. This is applicable to the women residents, four years three months after admission, under Long Term Care in the Half-Way Home, and the men in Navajeevan Hostel.The percentage deduction of refundable deposit at the time of discharge (before deduction of all expenses) is as follows:

d)Other Charges:
i) Application Form Rs.150.

iv) Pocket Money Rs. 1000 (refundable deposit)
Actual paid by the families.
v) Medicine Actual paid by the families
(applicable to all residents)
vi) Welfare Programmes - Picnics / Outings / Sports - shared by the families
vii) Charges for escorting residents for hospital reviews - Rs.250 per visit.
Actual recovered from the family to cover hospital and transportation charges
viii) Charges for doctor's visit - Actual paid by families
2.RESIDENT'S FAMILY IN GUEST COTTAGE WHEN USED FOR FAMILY SESSIONS
a) Before admission Rs.300 per bed / per day / per person with food
b) After admission Rs.250 per bed / per day / per person with food
3.TRAINING
a) Placement Students: Rs.200 per person per day (residential)
Rs.100 per person per day (Non-residential)
b) Training Center usage Rs.2,000 per day.
c) Student Visits Rs. 350 per visit for each group.
4.COUNSELLING CHARGES
a) Rs. 200 per session
b) Domiciliary Visit -: Rs. 200 per visit plus transport charges.
5.COURSES, WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS
a) Within MPA premises: resource fee Rs .500 and above depending on the duration, content and clientele.
b) By invitation from other organizations as resource person
i) Rs. 1000 for half-day and Rs. 2000 for full day for a minimum of 20 participants
ii) When the number of participants exceed 20, the additional number would be charged at the rate of Rs. 50 for half-day programme and
Rs. 100 for full- day programme, per extra person.
6.GUEST CHARGES
Guest Cottage
Rs. 300/- per person per day with food for outsiders
Apartments
1. Visitors - Sharing Room with breakfast

- Up to 3 days @ Rs. 500/- per day / person
- 4 to 7 days @ Rs.375 per day / person
- 8 to 15 days @ Rs.300 per day / person
- 16 to 30 days @ Rs.250 per day / person
b) Foreign
- Up to 7 days @ Rs.750 per day / person
- 8 to 15 days @ Rs.600 per day / person
- 16 to 30 days @ Rs.500 per day / person
2. MPA Placement students / Volunteers with food
Foreign sharing the room - Rs.250 per day / person
Local sharing the room - Rs.200 per day / person
3. Foreign students sharing the room (other than volunteers / placement students) with breakfast
Rs.300 per day / person
a) Guest Cottage Rs.300 per person per day (includes breakfast)
Alzira Centre:
a) One Bedroom Flat with two beds Rs.1500 per day
Additional Bed Rs 300 per day

7.OTHER FACILITIES
a) Auditorium usage Rs.2000 per day (8 hours, usually 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.)
